Steve Winkler is an industry veteran with 20+ years of software experience.  His current role is Principal Architect in the Predix Platform leadership team where he is responsible for GE’s open technology strategy, which means he works with product owners to determine the most effective way to engage open source and open standards communities.  He represents GE in the Cloud Foundry Strategic Advisory Board and the Open Data Platform Foundation.  Prior to joining GE, he led SAP’s open cloud initiative and participated in the development of SAP’s IOT strategy.
